Carrie Menikoff, Associate
Ms. Menikoff has eleven years of experience working in complex commercial litigation. She has substantial experience in class action securities fraud, product liability, corporate insurance coverage disputes, and employment litigation including breach of fiduciary duty, trade secret misappropriation, tortious interference with contract, and executive compensation disputes. She received her BA from the University of Pennsylvania and her JD from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1996.
Nicholas Cropp, Associate
Mr. Cropp was educated at University College, London (LL.B., first class honors and Dean’s List, 1998), Inns of Court School of Law (BVQ, 1999), and Pembroke College Oxford (BCL, 2000). He is a member of the Oregon State Bar, Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn, and UK Lawyers for Liberty.
Sarah J. Adams, Associate
Ms. Adams has six years of experience in litigation practice as well as intellectual property, energy, telecommunications and administrative law. She received a BA from Sarah Lawrence College and a M.Sc. from London School of Economics, School of Government. She received her J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School in 2002 (magna cum laude).
Kari Skaglund, Staff
Ms. Skaglund is legal assistant and office manager. With over 20 years of experience working as a criminal defense assistant, she manages the details of a smooth-running office and maintains ongoing contact between clients and their attorney.
